This 2000 Chevrolet Corvette 50th Anniversary AAT Conversion is an eye-catching collectible that makes daily driving a classic car easy for anybody! The 1953 Chevrolet Corvette marked the beginning of a true American sports car legacy. This original two-seat convertible featured a lightweight fiberglass body, 235 cubic inch inline-six engine, and 2-speed automatic transmission. Though the first Corvette had a distinctive design, it lacked power and modern conveniences. Over the next 70+ years, the Corvette would evolve into one of the most iconic and sought-after performance cars in the world. Ahead of the Corvette's 50th Anniversary in 2003, Chevrolet explored special-edition prototypes-including one radical design that paid tribute to the 1953 Corvette's classic styling.
