The 991 generation of the Porsche 911, introduced in 2011, marked a significant evolution for Stuttgart's iconic sports car. Larger, lighter, and more rigid than its 997 predecessor, the 991 brought a new level of sophistication to the 911 while retaining its quintessential character. The Carrera 4, with its advanced all-wheel-drive system, offered enhanced traction and stability, particularly appealing to drivers seeking confidence in varied conditions without compromising the pure 911 driving experience. For the 2017 model year, the 991.2 refresh introduced a monumental change: a new twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter flat-six engine across the Carrera lineup, delivering increased power and torque while improving efficiency, a testament to Porsche's continuous innovation. This particular 2017 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 Convertible embodies that thrilling blend of performance and open-air exhilaration. With a mere 14,802 miles on its odometer, this example has been sparingly enjoyed, presenting in remarkable condition. Its turbocharged 3.0L gas H6 engine, paired with a crisp 7-speed transmission, promises instant response and a deeply satisfying powerband, all while channeling power to all four wheels for superb grip. As a convertible, it offers the added dimension of experiencing the iconic flat-six soundtrack and the elements directly, transforming every drive into an event. This Carrera 4 represents an exceptional opportunity to acquire a low-mileage example of the revered 991.2 generation.
