The Porsche 911 Targa has always occupied a unique space within the revered 911 lineage, offering an open-air experience without the full commitment of a convertible. Introduced in 1966, the Targa was a response to anticipated American safety regulations regarding convertibles, quickly becoming an icon in its own right with its distinctive stainless steel roll hoop and removable roof panel. The modern Targa, particularly since the 991 generation, has evolved to feature an ingenious automatic roof mechanism that retracts the entire rear glass section, blending classic aesthetic with contemporary engineering. This 992.2 generation example continues that tradition, representing the latest evolution of Porsche's commitment to combining performance with an unparalleled open-top driving experience. This striking 2026 Porsche 911 Targa, with a mere 1,845 miles on the odometer, presents an incredibly distinctive specification. Its deep black exterior is dramatically contrasted by a rare yellow Targa roof, a bold choice that extends to the interior with matching yellow accents. Power comes from a 3.6L turbocharged flat-six hybrid engine, factory-rated at an impressive 532 horsepower, paired with an 8-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) transmission and all-wheel drive, ensuring exhilarating performance and grip. Further enhancing its aggressive stance and capabilities, this Targa has been meticulously upgraded with full PPF protection (including the windshield), a Carbon Roll Bar by Silverrocket, a 1016 full carbon upgrade, and custom-made carbon fiber front lip and roof spoiler. An MR full kit and a Tubi Inconel exhaust system, tuned for an even more visceral soundtrack, complete the performance enhancements, while ceramic coating inside and out ensures its pristine condition. This is an opportunity to acquire a truly bespoke and highly specified example of the latest 911 Targa.
