When Lamborghini unveiled the Urus in 2018, it marked a seismic shift for the storied Italian marque, re-entering the SUV segment after the legendary LM002 "Rambo Lambo" of the 1980s. The Urus quickly redefined the super-SUV landscape, blending the brand's audacious design language and supercar performance with everyday usability. For 2023, Lamborghini pushed the boundaries further with the Urus Performante, an even more track-focused iteration that shed weight, gained power, and sharpened its dynamics to claim the production SUV record at the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. It represents the pinnacle of Lamborghini's vision for a high-performance utility vehicle. This 2024 Urus Performante, with a mere 7,378 miles on the odometer, exemplifies the model's aggressive intent. Under its sculpted hood lies the potent 4.0L Twin-Turbo V8 engine, now producing 657 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque, channeled through a rapid automatic transmission. The Performante distinguishes itself with a significant application of carbon fiber, visible throughout its exterior and interior, contributing to its lighter curb weight and enhanced rigidity. This particular example promises the full, unadulterated Performante experience, ready to conquer both road and track. This is a prime opportunity to acquire a low-mileage example of Lamborghini's most extreme SUV, a machine that truly blurs the lines between supercar and utility.
