The Aston Martin DBS nameplate carries a legacy of power and sophistication, first appearing in the late 1960s as a more contemporary, four-seater alternative to the DB6. After a hiatus, it was resurrected in 2007 as a flagship V12 grand tourer, famously gracing the silver screen in *Casino Royale*. The current generation, launched in 2018, took the mantle as Aston Martin's ultimate GT, a muscular and elegant expression of the brand's sporting luxury. Production of this iteration culminated in the DBS 770 Ultimate, a limited-edition farewell that pushed the boundaries of performance and exclusivity, with only 300 coupes and 199 Volantes produced worldwide. This 2023 Aston Martin DBS 770 Ultimate Coupe represents the pinnacle of the DBS lineage, a truly special machine with just 4,628 miles on the odometer. As its name suggests, the 770 Ultimate extracts an astonishing 770 PS (759 hp) from its twin-turbocharged 5.2-liter V12 engine, making it the most powerful series-production Aston Martin to date. This immense power is channeled through a ZF 8-speed automatic transmission, delivering blistering acceleration and a top speed of 211 mph. Beyond the power bump, the 770 Ultimate also features a host of chassis and styling enhancements, including a stiffer steering column, revised adaptive dampers, and unique 21-inch wheels, ensuring an even more engaging and connected driving experience. This low-mileage example offers a chance to acquire a piece of Aston Martin history, a fitting send-off to an iconic grand tourer.
