When McLaren introduced the 720S in 2017, it wasn't just an evolution of the Super Series; it was a revolution. Replacing the already formidable 650S, the 720S debuted with the M840T engine, a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 that pushed output to a staggering 710 horsepower (720 PS, hence the name). Its innovative "shrink-wrapped" design, featuring double-skinned dihedral doors that channeled air to the engine, and the distinctive "eye-socket" headlights, immediately set it apart. The 720S quickly became a benchmark for supercar performance, praised for its incredible speed, precise handling, and surprisingly compliant ride, all while retaining McLaren's pure, driver-focused philosophy. The convertible Spider variant, arriving shortly after the coupé, offered the same blistering performance with the added exhilaration of open-air motoring, solidifying its place as one of the most desirable modern McLarens. This 2021 McLaren 720S Spider elevates that already exceptional platform to an even more exclusive level, boasting the aggressive and highly sought-after Novitec N-Largo widebody conversion. With just 1,927 miles on the odometer, this striking convertible presents in pristine condition, its muscular lines accentuated by the N-Largo's expanded fenders and aerodynamic enhancements. Underneath the captivating exterior lies the heart of the beast: McLaren's formidable 4.0L twin-turbo V8, paired with a lightning-fast automatic transmission, ready to deliver its full, unadulterated power. This particular example marries the inherent drama of the 720S Spider with the bespoke, track-inspired aesthetic of one of the world's premier tuners, making for an extraordinarily rare and visually arresting machine. For the enthusiast seeking the pinnacle of performance and exclusivity, this N-Largo 720S Spider represents an unparalleled opportunity.
