Maserati's entry into the burgeoning luxury SUV market arrived with the Levante in 2016, marking a significant strategic shift for the storied Italian marque. Named after a warm, easterly Mediterranean wind, the Levante was engineered to blend Maserati's sporting heritage with the versatility and commanding presence of an SUV. It utilized a modified version of the Ghibli and Quattroporte platform, ensuring a true Maserati driving experience with a focus on dynamic handling, even in a larger package. The S trim, in particular, quickly became the enthusiast's choice, offering a potent Ferrari-derived twin-turbo V6 that delivered exhilarating performance befitting the Trident badge. This 2020 Maserati Levante S exemplifies that potent blend, presenting in excellent condition with just 31,162 miles on the odometer. Under the hood lies the formidable 3.0L twin-turbo V6, channeling its 424 horsepower through a smooth automatic transmission and Maserati's Q4 intelligent all-wheel-drive system. This powertrain ensures not only brisk acceleration but also confident handling in varying conditions, making it a true grand tourer for any road. This Levante S offers an opportunity to experience Maserati's distinctive take on the performance SUV.
