When Audi first unveiled the R8 in 2006, it sent shockwaves through the supercar world. Here was a machine that combined exotic mid-engine architecture with everyday usability and quattro all-wheel drive, all wrapped in a design that looked like nothing else on the road. Based on the Le Mans quattro concept and sharing its platform with the Lamborghini Gallardo, the R8 quickly earned a reputation as the "everyday supercar." The second generation, introduced in 2015, elevated the formula, ditching the manual transmission and V8 option to focus solely on the glorious naturally aspirated 5.2-liter V10, a powerplant renowned for its intoxicating shriek and linear power delivery, capable of revving to an astounding 8,700 RPM. The Spyder variant, in particular, offers an unfiltered connection to this mechanical symphony. This 2020 Audi R8 V10 Quattro Spyder, finished in a classic color, presents a compelling opportunity to experience that thrill. With just 14,500 miles on the odometer, its 5.2L V10 engine produces a robust 562 horsepower, all channeled through the lightning-quick 7-speed S Tronic dual-clutch automatic transmission. This example has been thoughtfully enhanced with a Quicksilver exhaust system, ensuring the V10's aria is heard loud and clear, complemented by H&R springs for a more purposeful stance and EBC Sport brake pads for improved stopping power. Recent service records attest to its meticulous care, and a clean Carfax report further underscores its history. The full front paint protection film provides peace of mind, preserving the finish from road debris, while a transferable warranty extends until September 2029 or 42,777 miles, offering long-term confidence. This R8 Spyder is a chance to own a modern legend, further refined for an even more engaging driving experience.
