When Porsche introduced the Macan in 2014, it marked a significant expansion of the brand's portfolio, bringing its renowned sports car DNA to the compact SUV segment. Positioned as the smaller, sportier sibling to the Cayenne, the Macan quickly established itself as the benchmark for driving dynamics in its class. Its name, derived from the Indonesian word for tiger, perfectly encapsulated its agile and powerful character. The Macan S, in particular, became a sweet spot in the lineup, offering a compelling blend of performance and everyday usability, cementing its place as a true driver's SUV. This 2017 Macan S continues that legacy, presenting a well-traveled example with 99,901 miles on the odometer. Under the hood lies the potent 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6, a powerplant celebrated for its eager response and exhilarating soundtrack, all managed by Porsche's lightning-quick PDK automatic transmission. This all-wheel-drive machine is finished in a sophisticated Agate Grey Metallic over a black leather interior, a classic and timeless combination that perfectly suits its sporting yet luxurious appeal. This Macan S offers an accessible entry into Porsche ownership for the enthusiast seeking a versatile and engaging daily driver.
