The 991 generation of the Porsche 911, introduced in 2012, marked a significant evolution for the iconic sports car, maintaining its timeless silhouette while incorporating modern technology and a longer wheelbase for enhanced stability. For the Carrera S and 4S models, the 991.2 refresh in 2017 brought a monumental shift: the introduction of a new, twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter flat-six engine across the standard Carrera lineup. This move, while initially met with purist skepticism, ultimately delivered a substantial increase in power, torque, and efficiency, cementing the 991.2's place as a potent and highly capable iteration in the illustrious 911 lineage. This particular 2017 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S exemplifies the 991.2’s blend of performance and visual impact. With 30,512 miles on its 3.0L twin-turbocharged H6 engine, it presents in a truly arresting Lava Orange finish, a vibrant hue that perfectly complements the 911's sculpted lines. Power is seamlessly delivered to all four wheels via an automatic transmission, ensuring confident grip and rapid acceleration in any condition. The Carrera 4S badge signifies enhanced traction and stability, making it an ideal choice for enthusiasts seeking both everyday usability and exhilarating performance. This is an opportunity to acquire a striking example of the turbocharged 991.2, finished in a color that demands attention.
