The Maserati Quattroporte, Italian for "four doors," has always represented a unique blend of executive luxury and sporting pedigree. First introduced in 1963, it pioneered the concept of a high-performance luxury sedan, a niche it has continued to define through six generations. This 2017 model belongs to the sixth and arguably most ambitious generation, launched in 2013, which saw the Quattroporte grow in size and ambition, aiming to compete more directly with established German rivals while retaining its unmistakable Italian flair and soul. The GranSport trim, introduced as part of the 2017 refresh, further sharpened its sporting intent, adding aggressive styling cues and performance-oriented details to an already potent platform. This particular 2017 Maserati Quattroporte S GranSport exemplifies that potent blend, presenting in exceptional condition with a mere 8,676 miles on the odometer. Under the hood lies the Ferrari-derived 3.0L Twin Turbo V6 engine, producing a robust 404 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque, channeled through a smooth automatic transmission. The S GranSport variant not only delivers exhilarating performance but also boasts a more assertive aesthetic, ensuring its presence is felt both on the road and at a standstill. For the enthusiast seeking a luxurious sedan with a genuine sporting heart and an undeniable sense of occasion, this Quattroporte S GranSport offers a compelling proposition.
