The C7 generation of the Chevrolet Corvette Z06, introduced for the 2015 model year, marked a significant leap in performance for the storied nameplate. Following in the footsteps of its C6 predecessor, the C7 Z06 was engineered to blur the lines between street car and track weapon, but this time, it brought forced induction to the party. Power came from the supercharged LT4 6.2-liter V8, a powerhouse delivering 650 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque, making it the most powerful production Corvette to date at its launch. Crucially, the C7 Z06 also offered a convertible variant from the outset, a first for the Z06 line, allowing enthusiasts to experience its incredible performance with the added exhilaration of open-air motoring, all while benefiting from a chassis so stiff that no structural compromises were necessary. This stunning 2017 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Convertible exemplifies that potent combination, presented in the vivid Corvette Racing Yellow Tintcoat, a color that perfectly accentuates its aggressive lines and track-bred intentions. With a mere 8,534 miles on the odometer, this example has been lightly enjoyed, its supercharged 6.2L Gas V8 ready to unleash its full 650 horsepower through a responsive automatic transmission. The 3LZ premium equipment group ensures a luxurious and feature-rich cabin to complement its formidable performance, making every drive an event. This is a prime opportunity to acquire a low-mileage example of the C7 Z06 Convertible, a modern American icon that delivers staggering performance with the visceral thrill of open-top driving.
