The C7-generation Corvette Z06 arrived in 2015 as a track-focused beast, marking a significant evolution in the Z06 lineage. Following the naturally aspirated C5 and C6 Z06 models, the C7 ushered in forced induction, harnessing a supercharged 6.2-liter LT4 V8 engine. This generation was a direct response to the escalating performance wars, designed to compete with the world's most exotic sports cars. It was also the first Z06 offered with an automatic transmission and, notably, as a convertible, broadening its appeal while retaining its ferocious performance capabilities. With a chassis and aerodynamic package heavily influenced by Corvette Racing, the C7 Z06 was a true supercar slayer, offering incredible performance and a visceral driving experience. This particular 2017 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 1LZ Convertible embodies that potent combination of open-air exhilaration and track-ready power. Showing 43,228 miles on its odometer, this example is powered by the formidable 6.2L supercharged V-8 engine, paired with the responsive 8-speed paddle-shift automatic transmission, allowing for both lightning-quick shifts and comfortable cruising. The 1LZ trim level provides a focused, driver-oriented experience, ensuring that the essence of the Z06's performance shines through. This Z06 Convertible presents an exciting opportunity to experience a modern American performance icon.
