The C7-generation Corvette Z06 arrived in 2015 as a track-focused beast, marking a significant evolution in the Z06 lineage. While previous Z06 models were naturally aspirated, the C7 broke tradition by introducing forced induction, specifically a supercharger, to the LT4 V8 engine. This decision propelled the Z06 into supercar territory, offering an astounding 650 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque, making it the most powerful production car GM had ever built at the time. Its aggressive aerodynamics, wider stance, and advanced Magnetic Selective Ride Control suspension solidified its reputation as a formidable machine equally at home on the street or the circuit, blending raw power with surprising civility. This 2017 Chevrolet Corvette Z06, finished in a menacing Black over a Jet Black interior, exemplifies the model's potent appeal. With 23,642 miles on the odometer, this coupe is powered by its original 6.2L Supercharged V8 engine, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission for lightning-fast shifts. The car features Magnetic Selective Ride Control for dynamic handling, a multi-mode performance exhaust that announces its presence with authority, and performance red brake calipers. This C7 Z06 stands ready to deliver an exhilarating driving experience to its next enthusiast owner.
