The Grand Sport nameplate holds a revered place in Corvette history, harkening back to Zora Arkus-Duntov's original five lightweight, race-bred machines built in 1963 to challenge Shelby's dominance. Resurrected for the C4 generation and again for the C6, the C7 Grand Sport continued this legacy by blending the naturally aspirated power of the Stingray with the widebody aerodynamics and track-focused chassis components of the Z06. It offered enthusiasts the best of both worlds: menacing looks, exceptional handling, and the visceral thrill of a large-displacement V8 without forced induction. This 2017 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport 3LT, finished in a striking red, exemplifies the model's potent formula. With a mere 13,319 miles on the odometer, its 6.2L V8 engine delivers robust power through a responsive automatic transmission, providing both exhilarating performance and comfortable daily drivability. The 3LT trim level ensures a highly appointed interior, making this a well-rounded package for the discerning enthusiast. This is an opportunity to acquire a low-mileage example of a modern Corvette legend, ready for its next chapter on the open road.
