The Grand Sport nameplate, a revered badge in Corvette history, first appeared in 1963 as a clandestine racing project led by Zora Arkus-Duntov. Only five were ever built, making them legendary figures in motorsport. Decades later, Chevrolet resurrected the Grand Sport for the C4 generation, offering a wider body and enhanced performance. The C7 Grand Sport, introduced in 2017, masterfully blended the naturally aspirated power of the Stingray with the wide-body aggression and track-focused chassis components of the Z06. It became an instant enthusiast favorite, celebrated for its balanced performance and undeniable curb appeal, effectively bridging the gap between street and circuit. This 2017 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport 3LT, presented in striking Arctic White over a Dark Gray leather interior with sueded microfiber inserts, embodies that spirit perfectly. With a mere 12,057 miles on the odometer – significantly below market average – this example has been lightly enjoyed. Under the hood lies the potent 6.2L LT1 V8 engine, paired with an 8-speed paddle-shift automatic transmission, sending power to the rear wheels. Equipped with the desirable 3LT package, it features a head-up display, heated seats, a backup camera, and a removable transparent roof panel, enhancing both comfort and the open-air driving experience. This Grand Sport offers a superb opportunity to acquire a well-preserved example of a modern Corvette classic, ready for the open road or the occasional track day.
