The 991 generation of the Porsche 911, introduced in 2012, marked a significant evolution for the iconic sports car. While retaining the unmistakable silhouette, it grew in size, benefiting from a longer wheelbase and wider front track, enhancing both stability and interior space. Crucially, the 991 introduced electro-mechanical power steering, a controversial but ultimately precise system that many purists initially questioned but soon came to appreciate for its directness. The Carrera 4S, with its wider body, standard all-wheel drive, and more potent engine, represented the sweet spot for many enthusiasts, offering enhanced grip and a more muscular aesthetic without venturing into the extreme performance of the Turbo models. It carried on the tradition of the all-weather, all-rounder 911, making its 400 horsepower accessible in a wider range of conditions. This particular 2016 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S exemplifies the appeal of the 991.1 generation, showcasing its naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine, which delivers a robust 400 horsepower. With just 16,198 miles on the odometer, this convertible presents in excellent used condition, promising many more miles of open-air exhilaration. The true enthusiast's choice, a manual transmission, perfectly complements the rev-happy engine, offering an engaging and tactile driving experience that has become increasingly rare in modern sports cars. This is an exceptional opportunity to acquire a well-preserved example of a naturally aspirated, manual 991 Carrera 4S Convertible.
