The Maserati Ghibli nameplate carries a storied legacy, first gracing a stunning Giugiaro-designed grand tourer in 1967. Revived in the early 1990s as a sophisticated Biturbo derivative, the Ghibli always represented a more accessible, yet no less evocative, entry into Maserati's exclusive world. The third-generation Ghibli, launched in 2013, marked a significant strategic shift for the brand, aiming to broaden its appeal and production volume while retaining the essential Maserati character of performance, luxury, and distinctive Italian design. It brought Maserati into the competitive mid-size luxury sedan segment, offering a compelling blend of dynamic driving and executive comfort. This 2016 Maserati Ghibli continues that tradition, presenting itself as a refined sport sedan with just 21,931 miles on the odometer. Under the hood lies the potent 3.0L Gas V6 engine, a powerplant developed in collaboration with Ferrari, delivering exhilarating performance and that unmistakable Maserati soundtrack. Paired with a manual transmission, this Ghibli offers a level of driver engagement increasingly rare in its class, appealing directly to the enthusiast seeking a more tactile connection with their Italian machine. For those desiring a distinctive blend of Italian flair, engaging performance, and a manual gearbox, this Ghibli represents a unique proposition.
