When the Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 debuted in 2011, it wasn't just a successor to the Murciélago; it was a defiant statement from Sant'Agata Bolognese, ushering in a new era of V12 supercar performance and design. Named after a legendary fighting bull, the Aventador was built around an all-new carbon fiber monocoque chassis, a first for a production Lamborghini, contributing to its incredible rigidity and relatively low weight. Its naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12, codenamed L539, was also a fresh design, delivering a staggering 690 horsepower (700 PS, hence "LP 700-4") and propelling the car to 60 mph in under three seconds. This was a car designed not just to compete, but to dominate, setting a new benchmark for extreme supercars in the 2010s. This 2016 Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 presents a unique opportunity to acquire a seasoned example of this iconic machine. With 32,870 miles on the odometer, this coupe wears its life experience, reflecting a history of exhilarating drives rather than static display. Power comes from the monumental 6.5L Gas V12, paired with a manual transmission, offering a level of driver engagement increasingly rare in the segment. This Aventador is a testament to the enduring appeal and robust engineering of Lamborghini's flagship V12, ready for its next chapter of high-octane adventures.
