The sixth-generation Ford Mustang, introduced for the 2015 model year, marked a significant global expansion for the iconic pony car. For the first time in its storied history, the Mustang was engineered as a truly global vehicle, available in right-hand drive and sold in markets around the world. This generation, internally coded S550, finally brought an independent rear suspension to all models, a move long-awaited by enthusiasts and critical for modern performance dynamics. The GT variant, powered by the venerable 5.0-liter Coyote V8, continued to be the heart of the lineup, blending classic American muscle with contemporary handling and technology. It was a clear statement that the Mustang was evolving, ready to challenge the best sports coupes globally while retaining its unmistakable character. This 2016 Mustang GT Premium, presented in menacing Shadow Black, exemplifies the S550's aggressive potential. With 86,226 miles on the odometer, its 5.0L Ti-VCT V8 engine is paired with a smooth 6-speed automatic transmission, offering a compelling blend of daily usability and outright performance. This particular example stands out with a performance-inspired custom appearance, featuring an aggressive front fascia, a prominent front splitter, sculpted side skirts, an upgraded rear spoiler, and striking bronze Velgen wheels that perfectly complement the red brake calipers and bronze 5.0 badging. The tinted windows further enhance its commanding presence. Inside, the Ebony leather interior provides a premium experience, complete with heated and cooled power seats, factory navigation, SYNC 3 infotainment, and a powerful Shaker Pro 12-speaker audio system. Dual-zone climate control, push-button start, and a rearview camera round out the well-appointed cabin, making this a compelling package for any enthusiast. This is an opportunity to acquire a well-equipped S550 GT that makes a bold statement wherever it goes.
