The C7 generation of the Chevrolet Corvette Z06, introduced in 2015, marked a significant return to forced induction for the performance flagship. Following the naturally aspirated C6 Z06, which drew praise for its raw, track-focused purity, the C7 Z06 embraced supercharging to deliver truly staggering power figures. Its LT4 6.2L V8 engine, boasting a 1.7L Eaton R1740 TVS supercharger, pushed output to 650 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque, making it the most powerful production car in GM's history at its launch. This generation not only shattered performance benchmarks but also brought a new level of aerodynamic sophistication and track capability, cementing its place as a formidable rival to European exotics. This 2016 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Coupe exemplifies the breed, presented in a classic black finish that underscores its aggressive lines. With a remarkably low 6,917 miles on the odometer, this example has seen minimal use, suggesting a life of careful ownership. Power is delivered through the highly sought-after manual transmission, offering an engaging and visceral driving experience that connects the driver directly to the supercharged V8's immense powerband. Its pristine condition and low mileage make this Z06 a compelling find for the enthusiast seeking a potent, driver-focused machine. This is an opportunity to acquire a low-mileage example of one of the most powerful and engaging American sports cars of its era.
