The C7 generation of the Chevrolet Corvette Z06, introduced for the 2015 model year, marked a significant departure from its predecessors, bringing forced induction to the forefront of its performance arsenal. While earlier Z06 models were celebrated for their naturally aspirated, high-revving engines, the C7 embraced supercharging to deliver truly staggering power figures. This generation aimed to blend supercar-level performance with the everyday usability and iconic styling that defines the Corvette. With its aggressive aerodynamics, wider stance, and track-focused enhancements, the C7 Z06 quickly established itself as a formidable competitor, capable of challenging established European exotics both on the street and on the circuit. This 2016 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Convertible exemplifies that potent combination of power and open-air exhilaration. Under its hood lies the heart of the beast: a 6.2L Supercharged V8 engine, factory-rated at a robust 650 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque. Power is seamlessly delivered to the rear wheels via a quick-shifting automatic transmission, allowing for blistering acceleration and effortless cruising. With a mere 6,149 miles on the odometer, this Z06 presents in excellent used condition, having seen minimal use and careful ownership since new. This is a chance to acquire a low-mileage example of Chevrolet's supercharged track weapon, ready for its next enthusiast owner.
