The Chevrolet Corvette Z06 nameplate has long represented the pinnacle of performance within the storied Corvette lineage. First appearing in C2 guise as a track-focused option package, the Z06 truly came into its own with the C5 generation, offering a lighter, more powerful, and more agile alternative to the standard car. By the C7 generation, launched in 2014, the Z06 had evolved into a supercar-baiting machine, leveraging advanced aerodynamics and a supercharged engine to deliver unprecedented levels of speed and handling. This generation marked a significant leap, bringing the Z06 into a league of its own with its aggressive styling and track-honed capabilities, making it a formidable presence on both road and circuit. This 2016 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 3LZ, with a mere 1,500 miles on its potent 6.2L supercharged V8 engine and automatic transmission, represents a unique opportunity for an enthusiast ready to invest some time. While the seller notes damage to the passenger side, they also indicate that most of the necessary parts for repair are included, suggesting a project with a clear path to completion. The 3LZ trim ensures a high level of interior luxury and technology, complementing the Z06's raw performance with comfort and convenience. With its low-mileage powertrain and the promise of included repair parts, this Z06 offers a compelling chance to acquire a high-performance C7 at an accessible entry point.
