The C7 generation of the Chevrolet Corvette, launched for the 2014 model year, marked a significant return to form for America's sports car, bringing back the iconic Stingray nameplate and introducing a level of interior refinement and technological sophistication previously unseen in a Corvette. Building on this foundation, the Z06 variant, which debuted for the 2015 model year, transformed the C7 into a world-beating supercar. Eschewing the naturally aspirated engines of previous Z06s, the C7 Z06 was powered by the supercharged LT4 V8, producing a staggering 650 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque. This made it not only the most powerful production Corvette ever at its launch but also a formidable challenger to established European exotics, all while retaining the Corvette's distinctive American character. This 2016 Chevrolet Corvette Z06, presented in a menacing black finish, embodies that potent combination of power and precision. With just 29,040 miles on its supercharged 6.2L V8 engine, this Z06 promises exhilarating performance for its next owner. The power is managed by an 8-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters, offering rapid gear changes and a versatile driving experience, whether cruising or attacking a track. Equipped with the top-tier 3LZ trim, this example boasts a comprehensive suite of luxury and performance features, making it as comfortable on a long journey as it is capable on a winding road. This is an opportunity to acquire a high-performance American icon that continues to deliver incredible value and thrill.
