The seventh-generation Chevrolet Corvette, internally designated C7, marked a significant evolution for America's quintessential sports car. Launched for the 2014 model year, it was the first Corvette to carry the Stingray name since the C3 generation in 1976, a nod to its dramatically sculpted lines and performance-first ethos. Underneath its aggressive skin lay an all-new aluminum frame, a substantial upgrade that contributed to a near 50/50 weight distribution and exceptional rigidity. The C7 also saw the introduction of the LT1 engine, a direct-injected 6.2-liter V8 that reasserted the Corvette's position as a performance bargain capable of challenging European exotics. This generation successfully blended cutting-edge technology and luxury appointments with the raw power and visceral driving experience that defines the Corvette legend, cementing its place as a modern classic. This stunning 2016 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe exemplifies the C7's appeal, presented in the captivating hue of Long Beach Metallic. With a mere 16,645 miles on the odometer, this example has been sparingly enjoyed, preserving its excellent condition. Power comes from the formidable LT1 6.2L V8 engine, delivering exhilarating performance through a smooth automatic transmission, making it equally adept at spirited drives or comfortable cruising. This is an opportunity to acquire a well-preserved example of a truly iconic American sports car.
