When BMW introduced the F82 M4 in 2014, it marked a significant shift for the M division, moving the iconic M3 Coupe designation to a new, standalone M4 badge. This generation also saw the controversial but ultimately successful adoption of forced induction for the first time in a mainstream M3/M4, with the S55 twin-turbo inline-six replacing the beloved naturally aspirated V8s of its predecessor. Despite initial skepticism, the F82 M4 quickly proved its mettle, delivering a potent blend of high-revving power, sharp handling, and everyday usability that continued the M legacy of track-ready performance in a luxurious package. The convertible variant, with its retractable hardtop, added an extra dimension of open-air exhilaration without sacrificing much of the coupe's structural rigidity. This 2016 BMW M4 Convertible, with 132,500 miles on the odometer, represents an opportunity to experience that potent blend. Under the hood lies the formidable 3.0L S55 twin-turbocharged inline-six engine, paired with a responsive automatic transmission, ready to deliver its characteristic surge of power. The convertible body style ensures that every drive can be an immersive experience, whether carving canyons or cruising the coast with the top down. This M4 Convertible offers a compelling entry point into the world of M performance.
