The 991 generation marked a significant return to form for the Porsche 911 Targa, reintroducing the iconic roll hoop and wraparound rear glass that defined the original 1960s models. After two generations of the "Targa" being little more than a large sliding glass roof panel, the 991.1 Targa, launched in 2014, brought back the true spirit of the open-top 911. This sophisticated electro-hydraulic roof mechanism, a marvel of engineering, transformed the driving experience, offering open-air exhilaration without sacrificing the structural rigidity or timeless aesthetics of the 911 coupe. It quickly became a highly sought-after variant, blending the best attributes of the Coupe and Cabriolet into one distinctive package. This particular 2015 911 Targa 4 exemplifies the model's allure, presented in a stunning Dark Blue Metallic exterior that beautifully contrasts with its luxurious Luxor Beige leather interior. Power comes from Porsche's naturally aspirated 3.4-liter flat-six engine, producing 350 horsepower, perfectly paired with the lightning-quick PDK 7-speed automatic transmission. With 53,630 miles on the odometer and a clean CARFAX report, this Targa 4 promises both exhilarating performance and the peace of mind that comes with a well-maintained example. For the enthusiast seeking a blend of classic design and modern performance, this 991 Targa 4 represents an exceptional opportunity.
