The 991 generation of the Porsche 911, launched in 2011, represented a significant evolution for Stuttgart's most iconic model. Larger, lighter, and more technologically advanced than its 997 predecessor, the 991 brought a new level of sophistication and performance to the Carrera line. The Carrera 4S, in particular, combined the wider bodywork typically reserved for the Turbo models with a naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine, producing a robust 400 horsepower. Its all-wheel-drive system provided exceptional traction and stability, making it a formidable grand tourer capable of exhilarating performance in all conditions, while the introduction of electric power steering refined the driving experience for a new era. This 2015 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S Convertible exemplifies the 991's blend of everyday usability and open-air thrill. Showing 47,000 miles, this example has been enjoyed as intended, its 3.8-liter gasoline engine delivering its 400 horsepower through Porsche’s renowned PDK automatic transmission. The convertible top allows for an immersive driving experience, letting the wail of the flat-six engine fill the cabin as the miles melt away. This 991 Carrera 4S Convertible offers a compelling blend of performance, prestige, and open-top enjoyment.
