The Porsche 911, an icon forged in Stuttgart, entered its seventh generation – the 991 – in 2012, marking a significant evolution in its storied lineage. Larger than its predecessors, the 991 embraced a longer wheelbase and wider front track, enhancing stability and dynamic prowess while retaining the quintessential 911 silhouette. This generation also saw the introduction of electro-mechanical power steering, a controversial but ultimately precise advancement, and a greater emphasis on lightweight construction, with aluminum featuring more prominently in the body shell. The Carrera models, powered by naturally aspirated flat-six engines, continued to offer a sublime blend of everyday usability and thrilling performance, cementing the 991's place as a modern classic in the making. This 2015 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet exemplifies the 991 generation's appeal, presenting in a timeless white finish over a sophisticated black leather interior. With 44,320 miles on its 3.4L naturally aspirated H6 engine, mated to an automatic transmission, this convertible offers an engaging driving experience with the top down. The car recently received a new top, serviced at Champion Porsche Pompano Beach, ensuring its readiness for open-air enjoyment. This Carrera Cabriolet represents a superb opportunity to experience the enduring allure of the 991 generation 911.
