When Chevrolet unveiled the C7 Corvette Stingray for the 2014 model year, it marked a dramatic departure from its predecessors, signaling a renewed commitment to performance and modern design. Reclaiming the iconic "Stingray" moniker for the first time since 1976, the C7 represented a clean-sheet redesign, sharing only two parts with the C6. Its aggressive, angular styling, inspired in part by fighter jets, housed an all-new LT1 6.2-liter V8 engine, pushing horsepower figures well beyond the C6’s base model and introducing advanced technologies like direct injection and active fuel management. The C7 also brought a significantly upgraded interior, addressing a common critique of previous generations, and offered the enthusiast-preferred 7-speed manual transmission, making it a true driver's car poised to compete with European sports car royalty. This 2015 Corvette Stingray 2LT coupe, with 28,236 miles on the odometer, exemplifies the C7's performance potential, enhanced for an even more visceral experience. Beneath its hood lies the potent 6.2L Gas V8, now breathing more freely thanks to long tube headers with a catless x-pipe and an Airaid cold air intake. These carefully chosen modifications, coupled with a professional tune and dyno optimization, unlock additional power and an intoxicating exhaust note that perfectly complements the car's aggressive stance. Power is channeled through the highly sought-after 7-speed manual transmission, offering an engaging connection between driver and machine. This garage-kept example boasts a clean title, a spotless accident history, and recently fitted new 305-section rear tires, ensuring it's ready to deliver exhilarating performance with confidence. This C7 Stingray offers an exceptional opportunity to acquire a meticulously enhanced, low-mileage example of Chevrolet’s celebrated sports car.
