The 991 generation of the Porsche 911, launched in 2012, marked a significant evolution in the model's storied history. Larger, lighter, and more technologically advanced than its 997 predecessor, the 991 redefined what a modern 911 could be while retaining its quintessential character. It introduced a longer wheelbase for improved stability, electric power steering, and a sophisticated new chassis. The Carrera 4 models, distinguished by their wider rear arches and illuminated light bar connecting the taillights, carried on the tradition of all-wheel-drive security and enhanced traction, a lineage that dates back to the groundbreaking 964-generation 911 Carrera 4 of 1989. This particular 2013 911 Carrera 4 Convertible exemplifies the open-air exhilaration and all-weather capability of the 991 platform. With just 25,758 miles on the odometer, this convertible is powered by the naturally aspirated 3.4L H6 engine, producing 350 horsepower and 287 lb-ft of torque, all channeled through its responsive automatic transmission. The convertible top allows for an immersive driving experience, letting in the sounds of that iconic flat-six engine. This is an opportunity to acquire a well-preserved example of a desirable 991-generation Carrera 4 Convertible.
