The C6-generation Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport, internally designated Z16, revived an iconic nameplate first introduced in 1963. Back then, Zora Arkus-Duntov created the original five Grand Sports as lightweight, race-ready specials to circumvent GM's corporate racing ban. The C6 Grand Sport, launched in 2010, paid homage to this legacy by blending the standard Corvette's LS3 engine with the wider body, larger wheels, and enhanced braking systems of the mighty Z06. This potent combination offered a compelling package for enthusiasts seeking Z06-level handling and aesthetics with the LS3's renowned reliability and a removable roof option not available on the fixed-roof Z06. This 2013 Grand Sport coupe takes that formidable foundation and elevates it significantly with a meticulously installed Callaway supercharger system, transforming the naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 into an absolute powerhouse. Showing a mere 28,161 miles on the odometer, this example is a testament to both performance and care. The 4LT trim level ensures a luxurious interior experience to match its exhilarating performance, while the manual transmission puts the driver in direct control of every one of its supercharged horses. This is a rare opportunity to acquire a factory-backed performance icon, further enhanced by a legendary name in American tuning.
