The 991 generation of the Porsche 911, introduced in 2012, marked a significant evolution for Stuttgart's iconic sports car. Larger, lighter, and more technologically advanced than its 997 predecessor, the 991 represented a bold step forward while retaining the quintessential 911 character. It was the first 911 to feature an all-new platform since the original, boasting a longer wheelbase for improved stability and interior room, alongside a sophisticated electro-mechanical power steering system. The Carrera variant, with its naturally aspirated flat-six engine, continued the tradition of delivering a pure, engaging driving experience, establishing itself as the benchmark for everyday usability and thrilling performance. This particular 2012 Porsche 911 Carrera Convertible presents an opportunity to enjoy the open-air exhilaration of the 991 generation. With 78,872 miles on the odometer, this example is powered by the robust 3.4-liter flat-six engine, producing 350 horsepower and 287 lb-ft of torque, paired with a seamless automatic transmission. The convertible top allows for an immersive driving experience, letting in the intoxicating sounds of the naturally aspirated engine. This 991 Carrera Convertible is ready for its next enthusiast owner to drop the top and hit the road.
