The E46 generation BMW M3, launched in 2000, quickly cemented its place as one of the most beloved M cars of all time. Succeeding the revered E36, the E46 M3 refined BMW's performance formula with a focus on razor-sharp handling and a naturally aspirated engine that remains a high-water mark for the marque. Its S54B32 inline-six, displacing 3.2 liters, was a marvel of engineering, known for its high-revving nature and an intoxicating exhaust note. While the coupe often gets the spotlight, the convertible offered an equally engaging experience, allowing occupants to fully immerse themselves in the symphony of that legendary engine. With production running until 2006, the E46 M3 became a benchmark for enthusiast drivers worldwide, blending everyday usability with track-day prowess. This 2002 BMW M3 Convertible presents an exciting opportunity to own a well-maintained example of this iconic generation. Showing 89,000 miles, this M3 is finished in a timeless black exterior, perfectly complemented by a striking Imola Red leather interior that remains in fantastic shape. The manual transmission pairs ideally with the S54 engine, offering a direct and engaging driving experience that purists crave. Enhancements include a Borla exhaust system, which undoubtedly amplifies the S54’s characteristic wail, and a carbon fiber rear diffuser, adding a subtle touch of aggression to its classic lines. This E46 M3 Convertible is ready to deliver its next owner a visceral connection to the road and the open air.
