The C4 generation Corvette, launched in 1984, marked a radical departure from its C3 predecessor, bringing the Corvette into a new era of performance and technology. With its sleek, modern lines, advanced chassis, and focus on driver engagement, the C4 quickly re-established the Corvette as America's premier sports car. The introduction of the convertible in 1986 was a significant moment, as it was the first factory-produced Corvette convertible since 1975, reigniting the open-air motoring experience for enthusiasts. This 1987 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible presents a compelling opportunity for collectors and drivers alike. With a remarkably low 33,590 miles on the odometer, this example has been exceptionally well-preserved. Under the hood lies the venerable 5.7-liter V8 engine, paired with a smooth automatic transmission, ready to deliver that classic Corvette rumble and effortless cruising. This well-maintained C4 offers a chance to experience the quintessential 1980s American sports car in excellent condition. This is a rare chance to acquire a low-mileage example of a significant Corvette generation.
