The Shelby Cobra is a legend etched into the annals of automotive history, a brute force Anglo-American hybrid born from Carroll Shelby's audacious vision to put an American V8 into a lightweight British AC Ace roadster. The 427 Cobra, introduced in 1965, was the ultimate evolution, a wider, coil-sprung monster designed to dominate on track and terrify on the street. With its massive big-block engine, the 427 was a visceral experience, a true analog supercar that cemented its place as one of the most iconic and frequently replicated sports cars of all time. This particular 1965 Shelby Cobra is a stunning Factory Five Racing MK4 build, a testament to the enduring appeal and meticulous craftsmanship that can bring these legends to life. With a thumping 427 cubic-inch engine under the hood, rated at a formidable 565 horsepower, this Cobra promises exhilarating performance. While the original VIN is 1965SHELBYCOBRA, this is a meticulously executed recreation, showing 0 miles on the odometer since its completion and presented in exceptional condition. Paired with an automatic transmission, it offers a unique blend of classic muscle car aesthetics with a more relaxed driving experience. This Cobra represents an exceptional opportunity to own a faithful and potent recreation of a true automotive icon.
