1963 Chevrolet Corvette Custom Convertible 1963 marked the beginning of a shift for the Corvette, with an independent suspension and an appealing selection of engines, GM had set its sights on turning its sports car from a great looking tourer, into a legitimate performance vehicle. Paired with one of the most striking designs to ever grace a car, it is no surprise that the C2 Corvette was a near instant classic. With reasonable performance from the factory, it stands as a perfect basis to build an even better performer today with a great look and modern underpinnings. This 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible has received the full custom treatment - yet you can't really tell from the exterior.
